How to get to Lagos, Portugal


First of all, Lagos does not have an Airport, so if you plan to travel to Lagos, you must take a flight to Faro Airport, 80km distance from Lagos. Once you arrive at Faro Airport, there are several ways to get to Lagos, by Train, bus, rent a car, or if you wish to spend a lot of money by Taxi.


By Train


You must first get to Faro Train Station, you can take a bus at the airport that takes you to the train station, the bus stop is just outside the Arrivals terminal and it costs € 1.95, once you arrive at the Faro train station you can take the train to Lagos that costs € 7.20 and is a journey of around 1 hour and 40 minutes. By Bus


If you plan to take a bus you must first get to Faro Bus Station, you can take a bus from the airport to Faro Bus Station just outside the Arrivals terminal and the cost is € 1.95. Once in the Faro Bus Station, you must look for Eva buses, you can visit their website here: Eva Buses. The journey to Lagos takes a little bit more than 2 hours and costs € 5.85 one way.

By Car


If you plan to rent a car, you can do it at the Airport, from Faro to Lagos you must take the A22 motorway or the N125 road. It is a very nice journey through the coast.

By Taxi


This is the most expensive way to get to Lagos from Faro Airport, it is a comfortable way to travel, but it will cost you from € 80 to € 130 to get to Lagos.
