What to do in the Famous city of Los Angeles

Los Angeles is one of the most known cities in the United States. Popularly known as LA, it is the biggest city in the state of California and is the most important site in the United States for movie and television productions. You can also say it is the entertainment capital of the world.

Planning your trip to Los Angeles


If you are planning a trip to Los Angeles, there are some well-known areas that you can include in your list.
Some of the worldwide known, including Chinatown, Koreatown, Little Tokyo, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Kodak Theatre, Griffith Observatory, Getty Center, Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Grauman's Chinese Theatre, Hollywood Sign, Hollywood Boulevard, Capitol Records Tower, Los Angeles City Hall, Hollywood Bowl, Watts Towers, and the Staples Center. 

All of these places are found in different areas of LA, so to put it a little more simply let´s divide the city into Westside, Beach Cities, The Valley, Downtown, and Hollywood.



Westside


Lots of the rich and famous live in this vibrating city of Los Angeles, a city full of attractions. Beverly Hills,  located in the Westside area of the city, is not only known as the place where famous actors have their mansions but also it is known as a premier destination for luxury, with Rodeo Drive as the most iconic place.

Beach Cities

Los Angeles is located on the West Coast of the United States, on the Pacific Ocean. And like any city next to the sea, LA has great beaches. You probably have heard about the most known beaches in LA like  Malibu, Venice Beach, and Santa Monica.  

But Los Angeles has many other beach cities that are less known. To name some Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, Sunset Beach, Bolsa Chica State Beach, Newport Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, and San Clemente. So there is no way you can´t have fun in the sea in LA.

Hollywood

The name of this neighbourhood says it all, this is the entertainment capital of the world. In this area, you can find many attractions. Such as the Dolby Theatre, the TCL Chinese Theatre's Forecourt of the Stars, and the Walk of Fame. Visit the Hollywood Bowl or the Pantages Theatre to enjoy a concert or a musical. And the Universal Studios.
The Griffith Observatory in Griffith Park has a wonderful view of the city and it is very near.
Of course, the Hollywood Sign is in this area, a landmark located on Mount Lee in the Hollywood Hills.

Downtown

Chinatown, Koreatown, Little Tokyo, and the Arts District are located in the Downtown area of Los Angeles.
Chinatown has become one of the most exciting neighbourhoods in LA. With a mixture of traditional Chinese food, shopping, and celebrity attractions like the Bruce Lee statue.

The city of Los Angeles has become famous thanks to the entertainment industry, as a result, it is a city very linked to celebrities. But it is a city that has much more to offer.
