San Telmo Museum



Created in 1902, this 11,000 square meters museum set in an old Dominican convent of the 16th century, is located below Mount Urgul. It is dedicated totally to the history of the Basque Society. Baroque Church of Santa Maria



Situated at the end of Calle Mayor in the Old Town, it was refurbished and modified in the 17th Century. In addition to its architectural and artistic value, and its role as a place of worship, the organ and choir concerts held in the building regularly are worthy of note.

Gothic Church of San Vicente

In its interior, the Church of San Vicente houses one of the best Romanesque altarpieces, the work of Ambrosio de Bengoechea and Juan de Iriarte. Built during the 16th century in a Gothic style, it is situated in the Old Town, and it is the oldest church in San Sebastian.

Buen Pastor Cathedral



This is the San Sebastian Cathedral, which opened in 1897. Its style is Neogothic and has a capacity of 4000 people.

Gros District

This neighborhood meets the Cantabrian Sea at Playa Zurriola, with Monte Ulia and Kursaal Palace located in this neighborhood. Kursaal Palace consists of two large buildings that evoke two beached rocks facing the sea and was designed by Rafael Moneo, it is the most youthful neighborhood in San Sebastian.

Mount Urgull
