My stay in Mendoza was in the Premium Tower Suites Hotel, a four-star hotel very near Independencia square and located in the city center of Mendoza.
The rooms of the hotel are very comfortable, the building is very new, and most of the furniture and appliances are very modern, although the bathroom had some details. In general, the rooms are very comfortable.

The restaurant El Faro Bistro on the 14th floor of the building has spectacular views, but also offers International Cuisine.
The views from there are simply spectacular. You can see the Andes Mountains while you are having breakfast or see the lights of the city when you enjoy dinner. And I can assure you that the weather in Mendoza is always nice, so having those views won't be a problem.
The personal of the hotel is very polite and always helpful if you need to ask for directions or suggestions on what to visit, they are always willing to help you.
In general Premium Tower Suites is a very nice place to stay.
